Carrot Cream with Apple

This recipe for cold cream with carrot and green apple is another delicious and easy way to eat fruit and vegetables in a spoonful. To make it, you can use a pot, Thermomix or any kitchen robot on the market with a shredder.
Ingredients to make carrot and green apple cream
- Carrots (3)
- White onion (1)
- Green apple (1)
- Water (400 ml)
- Salt to taste)
- Black pepper (to taste)
- Cumin (1 teaspoon)
- Extra virgin olive oil (1 tablespoon)
How to make carrot and apple cream
Time required: 25 minutes
You will need approximately 5 minutes for its preparation and about 20 minutes for its preparation (plus 2 hours in the fridge)
- Peel the carrots and cut them into thin slices. Also peel the onion and cut it into julienne strips.
