Carrot Cream with Apple

This recipe for cold cream with carrot and green apple is another delicious and easy way to eat fruit and vegetables in a spoonful. To make it, you can use a pot, Thermomix or any kitchen robot on the market with a shredder.

Ingredients to make carrot and green apple cream

Carrots (3)
White onion (1)
Green apple (1)
Water (400 ml)
Salt to taste)
Black pepper (to taste)
Cumin (1 teaspoon)
Extra virgin olive oil (1 tablespoon)

How to make carrot and apple cream

Time required: 25 minutes

You will need approximately 5 minutes for its preparation and about 20 minutes for its preparation (plus 2 hours in the fridge)

Peel the carrots and cut them into thin slices. Also peel the onion and cut it into julienne strips.
Set them aside while you heat the pot with a splash of olive oil.
